You could use CentralNIC, as you can register any int'l domain from them, and their site is clean and professional.
Hmm, I see alot of people registering .us names even though they are not US citizens...
What's the risk? Personally I dont think anyone not in compliance with the .us guidelines will make money from registering a valuable and available .us domain because of the legal implications.
