What is the value of the .us.com extension?

What do you think the value of the .us.com extension is?

In theory it sounds quite good - it reads well and the US is a big market. Has anyone had any experience of trding such names and what sort of prices do they fetch?

some .us.com domains get traffic and therein lies their value.

i currently own and have sold a few.

however, because of the higher registration/renewal fee's and the paperwork involved with transferring ownership, it puts a damper on trading.

It's not a real TLD, but a private subdomain. I don't think it has any particular value.
Research how many, or rather how few have sold already.

if they are so premium put them up for sale and you will see.

Have put them on here, and sedo and we'll see. FYI the names are fresh, gun, guns, visit and five - all .us.com
