Additional bid wasn't credited by Sedo

Has anyone else had an instance where an additional bid was made at a sedo auction yet the auction closed without indicating it.

    This occurred on August 25.

I received the following "Watchlist Alert" near closing.

    The following status change(s) occurred:
    - A new bid has been received!

email1. Received transfer agent confirmation of sale 3:12
email2. A new bid has been received! 3:13
email3. Auction of has ended 3:14

The conclusion of the auction probably activated email notification ...only guessing though..
I hope all bids are counted

Thanks James. It seems strange since the email specifically says it's a new bid. After ignoring my first email on 8/25, sedo's response to a followup was terrible. They even claimed it wasn't at auction after claiming no other bids took place.

Anyone else seen this ocur whether it be a new bid notification near closing or an uncounted bid?
