ScoopDNS you're so right, dude, Carla Pérez Fernández is just great all the time and she'll always go a step beyond like offering to help make sure Enom's HORRIBLE Whois got updated w/my info long after the transfer ended (I've seen Enom's WHOIS show the info for 3 owners ago, ie my seller's seller bought from another seller, this original seller is still showing) Joe Palombo also sounded fair when we talked and I remember a guy named Finnan I think, a while back, looks like he left
SDSInc, I know what you're saying, I think sedo gives people an account manager if you're enough of a big whale, no idea how sedo defines that, though
