Getting worried about a sudden traffic increase

One of my domains, parked at sedo since 7 days gets around 5-10 unique visits per day. All of a sudden the traffic increased dramaticaly to 700 uniques (only today) .... with a CTR of 40%

Where can I check the source of the traffic? In my domain parking section I can see that most of the traffic is coming from US (spanish) and Argentina.

Can I ask sedo support to check the source ? I don't want to get my account deleted for fake traffic or invalid clicks

Need your help on this one.

Use Hosting in order to get access_log stats & forward to sedo

So I've changed the nameservers to my Hosting account and put a temporary 302 redirect to http://www.sedoparking.com/domain.com

I hope this is correct?
