Non-paying buyer at Sedo.. what to do?

I sold a domain at auction on sedo on June 26th.. The buyer has not paid, and I'm pretty sure they won't.

Overall, besides the money, I'm pretty disappointed that sedo allows this to happen - why not auto bill on the time of purchase? This is a waste of everyone's time.

I am being "legally" held by contract to sell this domain, the buyer is "legally" held by contract to purchase it, at what point does Sedo enforce this contract?

sedo is a puppet. I've never actually seen them enforce a contract or heard of any instances where they have.
