Several times they take 2 months to pay me.
    Recently 8/10 days.
Today I've sold a domain, I'm curious to know how many days.

It depends on who you get, it may take a few days or a couple of weeks. If you get a guy named mueller it probably would be on the longer side, this is well documented though, others may be somewhat faster. It also depends on fast the buyer responds if that's the case.

What about from the perspective of a buyer. If I paid today - how long until I get the domain ?

2 or 3 days , thats not bad

Anybody know what sedo procedures use , after buyer makes payment, to have the seller complete the transaction ?

They reach out to seller via phone, email ?

Any sedo sellers out there ?

    Email only in my experience...

And it really depends on how responsive the seller is,
and how good your transfer consultant is in the follow up to have a fast sale.

My last one was a month,
It depends from the seller as well and how fast he is

I strongly believe that when a domain gets on auction, seller must place it under sedo so that he is obligated to sell even if he doesnt want to at the end.
Also this will save the transfer time since everything will depend on sedo
