    Sedo is slow

    Has anyone else experienced sedo as extremely slow to use for escrow and sales of domains? It takes days to get a response.

    They have a name that I paid for and the seller pushed into their account for days without releasing me the name.

    I pushed a domain into sedo's account on Friday.
    Today it's Wednesday and I haven't even received a confirmation of pushing the domain. Payment is nowhere to be seen.
    I have left 3 messages in the transfer thread but got no reply.

    If they are extremely slow I usually call the broker who's in charge of the transaction. They're also closed on weekends and I'm pretty sure many of them are on vacation now.

    I'm waiting for them to accept an ecsrow matter (transaction was outside of sedo) since last Tuesday. Hopefully, it's just the holiday season. Still, in this business, one has to have adequate staffing levels at all times. Good luck.

    Hello everyone,

    Please note in observance of the holidays, sedo's offices were/are closed for business on the following days:

    * Christmas Eve (Thursday, 24 December, 2009)
    * Christmas Day (Friday, 25 December, 2009)
    * New Year's Eve (Thursday, 31 December, 2009)
    * New Year's Day (Friday, 1 January, 2010)

    Inquiries submitted over these holiday weekends may receive a delayed response. Please always allow at least two (2) business days from the date of inquiry for a reply. Telephone support will not be available on these days, but is otherwise available as per normal operating hours.

    Thank you for your patience during this holiday season!
