I don't know what you are looking into, but to my knowledge
it shouldn't take this long?

If you need help with signing up/parking with SmartName, for testing the water or long term, please PM me your first/last name and email address. As a fellow domainer, I understand your situation. Having a good relationship with NameMedia, I'll help connect you with a contact to get you started asap. SmartName may have more requirements, but as long as you have quality names, big or small portfolio, it's OK. I''ll do my best to help. Just PM me your first/last name and email address - that's all the info needed.

Smartname doesn't even care to answer the posts here. They never even answered my numerous PMs to them here. Those PMs were by the way sent upon their request, see posts above in this thread.

Since getting bought out their support has gone down the tubes.

Not so long ago you could sign up to a parking service and get immediate account and approval...I'm sure you can imagine the challenges that brought about for quality control and relationships with major feed providers. So things have now come full circle. Parking companies are losing feeds due to poor quality and having to shut down. At NameMedia, we currently decline more than 99% of applicants to our services. You wouldn't believe some of the applications we receive.
