DNF$: 1,069 Location: Japan | How to retrieve my password at goldkey? no response from support stuff at all Hi, I have a goldkey account and some domains parked in it. Recently I changed the password and several days later, when I use the changed new password to login the account, it shows" can not be authenticated". I tried to use the old password, same result. I use my email associated with the account to retrieve my password,but the email from goldkey says:"Sorry, no account with the email "..." were found." was my account hacked? or the database error? If there is goldkey or namemedia stuff in the board, please help me to solve this issue. If someone has the same trouble with me, please share your points. Thanks Dorin |
