Country: | What "domain management window" are you referring to? Anyone can disable popups in their browser (I.E. or FF).

Country: | It was not possible in the past, it is however possible now. Go to the domain management, click on edit on the right of the domain name you want to manage and on the bottom of that page you will see an option: "Enable Popular Categories Pop:" - click on NO
