I think he does mean N(umber)N(umber).com . Just like often people say they have LLN.com or LNN.com domains. A bit confusing.
There are better ways to go about it.
Ex: "2 digit .com", or better yet list the domains in the title. They're good
domains, why not show them!
I'm receiving complaints from people who are annoyed with this ebay like
behavior.
