I see nothing stated, that the domain "will be sold to the highest bidder".

only a close date and a BIN price.

The seller still, imo..... has the rights any option he choses.

Is it really? No way, you don't say....wow, after my close to 800 posts here I did'nt realize that...and being a platinum member and all (you know being able to sell my domains in sales threads and not have to come into other sales threads advertising my 3 char domains for sale via PM)....hmmm you learn something new everyday!
