Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!Here's some great domains I decided to put up for sale.
I planned to develop them all, but I recently regged a wonderful domain I need to develop.
I need a lot of money to do it, so I'm trying to raise some cash fast.
This doesn't mean I will accept pennies for these domains, that in my opinion are really valuable.
I'll prefer selling them as a whole package.
Domain list and price
poker.co.it $x,xxx range
bingo.co.it $x,xxx range
chat.co.it low $x,xxx range
incontri.co.it (dating) $x,xxx range
fotocameradigitale.co.it (digitalcamera) $xxx range
cellulare.co.it (cellphone) low-mid $x,xxx range
mortgage.co.it $xxx range
sport.co.it $x,xxx
All 8 domains low-mid $xx,xxx range
As you can see domains are priced quite low compared to similar .com or .it. Bingo.it sold at sedo for 19,000 euros. why they are priced so low then? read it below
What are .co.it domains?
.co.it domains are third level domains. the .co stands for the COMO province, but it can also mean commercial, like .co.uk or .co.in.
This kind of domains doesn't have any restriction in comparison with normal .it domains, so you won't be tricked
Does the domains have any traffic?
No, or minimal. The fact is that .co.it domains are still fairly unknown to the Italian market.
This doesn't mean that they have no value.
A SEO expert can really get its work made easier with a proper keyword in the domain name. For example, if you want to build a poker website it is important to have the word poker in the domain name for SEO, so poker.co.it would be perfect for this.
What are the restrictions with .it domains?
The Italian NIC is the best place to find info for this
Here's a few overture figures from the Italian Overture
poker gets 5108 searches, and there are 13000 more for online poker
bingo 1260
chat 340372
incontri 416935
fotocamera digitale 462438
cellulare 691160
sport 72001
Consider also that chat, sport, poker and bingo are all international names, used in many languages.
Again, you can target different countries with a proper SEO.. Search engines doesn't consider the tld, so if you put the server in the USA you could rank higher than many .com or .net or .us if you know what you can do.

Looking to buy traffic names and a good creative & brandable name
From the NIC FAQ
5. Who can register domain names under the ccTLD "it"?
Only individual and juridical persons residing in or belonging to a EU Member State (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Esthonia, Finland, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden) can register domain names under the ccTLD "it".
Some countries are not EU members, such as: Principality of Monaco, Vatican, San Marino, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Switzerland.
A juridical person is a company or a business for the Italian law
