This message board has been open for over a year and has over 4000 members, with about 24 new members each day.
New Posts per day: 3272
New Topics per day: 215

It earns approx $150/month from it from selling banner space and popup space (ofcourse you can get rid of the popups if you don't like having them) and also for selling sticky thread space.
It takes up approx 350MB in space and about 70-ish GB in bandwidth. You will most probably need to put it on a dedicated server.. we have tried many places and have found that our own ded. server is the only way for it to work and not crash (using too many resources at once since there are so many members on all at once)
You will get the domain plus all the files for the messageboard including the database and everything.
