Hosting costs : Im currently paying $4.00 per month to host the site through internethosting4u.com. Ive found them to have great support plus they have imageready (or is it imagemagic!) which you need to produce the preview thumbnails
Script Cost : Unfortunately the script company does not allow a license to be sold so the buyer will have to buy one themselves - $69.00 if i remember right.

The site is currently getting around 1000 unique visitors per day. It gets most hits from return links on tgp pages and it gets quite a bit from google etc as well.

Im not making any money from the site. There is not even one affiliate link on the site - there are loads of places for the potential buyer to place links though - on the left column - in between listings etc. I never placed in links because i build this site with the idea of selling it once the traffic was high.

I also think the domain name is good and easy to remember.

1000 unique visitors a day? You might want to try using another webstat to verify this. I have found webalizer to be one of the most inaccurate statistics programs out there. They count every pageview, refresh, backpage, etc as a hit. If you can verify these stats with another counter, I might be interested. Something like extremetracking.com or gqcounter.com.
Don't want to see other members being mislead by these bogus stats.
Also, is this site new? With a thousand unique visitors daily, this site should easily be in the alexa top 100,000, instead of 800,000+.

skin - i think its petty coming into this thread and interfering because i didnt agree with you charging fellow members $65.00 for google submission

the stats are real - webstat is very reliable in my experience - pageviews and hits are different things - as are unique visits

the site gets a lot of traffic from google etc plus every one of the thousands of pages listed on the site has a recipricol link back which brings in a lot of traffic from other TGP's

alexa ratings suck ass - they mean nothing - my footie forum has about 30 people online at the one time and isnt in the top 100,000

95% of alexa toolbar users are webmasters checking stats on their own sites

ive sold a tgp already to a fellow member here and he can vouch stats were not only real but i made the transfer as smooth as possible (logop bought it if i remember)

ive also sold about 5 sites to members here as well as dozens of domains - my professionalism should not be at question here

this is a good deal - im not ripping anyone off so can you please not interefere - ive already had several enquiries and they know thats its a good deal

I was asking because I was interested. I checked your stats. I seen 80 total from Google. A man has the right to inquire, right? That's all I was doing. Plus you get a free bump.
So we disagree on alexa and webalizer? A lot of people use both, one , or none. I know it sucks when someone jumps in your thread and makes you look bad. I think I may have had it happen to me once or twice.

It's funny tho as you say you have had good experiences and transactions on the forum. I believe ya. I've been on the forum for two weeks and have had about 15! I mustn't be ripping off anybody too bad.

I 've done more business in two weeks than you have done in 7 months, but yet you are the one who's professionalism shouldn't be questioned? It just don't add up.
