I believe he was asking a question. Maybe you lost a potential buyer with that reply

I do NOT believe discussing trademark issues is thread crapping; in my opinion, such discussions are part of fair and open disclosures from sellers.
Radistar, I was not crapping in your thread at all. If you check all my posts, I am totally against trashing someone's thread. But, since you put it that way. Now I may have lost all interest in purchasing the name.
I was simply asking a question to see if you had any trouble with trademark issues and if NOT, then I would be interested in purchasing aen.net. Don't jump to conclusions and make false accusations.

So here we go Hal - a sale turned into a discussion that does not belong in the Sales thread.

As I wrote before, this is not thread crapping or turning one thing into another.
Sellers need to disclose TM issues to all buyers, it is part of fair and open disclosure.

Buyers who do their own research and homework and use common sense when engaging in a sales thread, who utilize the PM to further inquire, those are the buyers that I do business with.
Smart alecks, who prefer to hint, suggest or otherwise attempt to devaluate or to divert a sale from its original content and discussion, those are the ones I don't want to deal with and whom I choose to openly flame.
The other day I posted in the thread about emailservers.us asking the seller why he was in a rush to sell the domain and indicated that perhaps Elequa would be interested, since he spent $10k on the .com variant.
Biggie - one of the more active mods - PM'ed stating that my post was unsuitable for a sales thread.

Ok, I should have checked the uspto, but I didn't want to do a trademark search.

To re-iterate: use the PM function, and yes I am overly sensitive when urelated commentary is posted in my threads. I have nothing against you personally.
I am sorry, but your posts sure sound like you have something against me. All further comments will be sent via pm, unless you continue to trash me. Truce?
Definitely MilkLicker, I apologize for my tone as a statement of goodwill & will edit my posts.
Me also. Thanks.
Do you have traffic stats for aen.net?
It's not a traffic domain, if that's what you are inquiring about. My hits log shows that it had 33 type-in visits in the past 12 days. My previous logs are no longer available, unfortunately. I doubt the average number of hits is much higher as it was not an active & linked domain recently. The asking price is based on its letter purity (A, E, N), the fact that it begins with the letter "A" and ease of memorizing the domain.
It's a very nice domain. I was just curious to see if it had any traffic.
