BuySellTrades.com- Looking for a partner

I own the auction website BuySellTrades.com. The site is very well established over the past 3+ years. It is on top of google for such keywords as "online auction", "Auction site", and many other very good keywords. Also the best thing about it is every item that gets listed on the site gets up there in the search engines as well very quickly. There are nearly 9,000 members on the site and 1,000 items listed. New members are growing by 25-30 each day and counting. This site has a lot of potential to be one of the top auction sites on the net.

What I need in A Partner: I need someone honest and trustworthy who would be excited on taking this challenge with me. I need someone who can answer customer emails on a daily basis. I also need someone who knows how to code a website. I have many new ideas for the site but I just cant do it because I dont know how. I have 10,000 items from a wholesaler to add and there is a way to do this by uploading all in one shot but I dont know how to do this myself. Also I need someone who can do some creative type of marketing. Maybe work on links or some way of getting the word out on the site.

Compensation: Right now the website makes me a profit of $400 per month. Most of it is from adsense and some is from sellers fees. Compensation for my new partner would be half of what the site makes over $400. So if its going to make $1,000 per month after you take over it then your compensation would be half of $600 which is $300 per month as long as you are running the site and answering emails. It should be very simple to get it to $1000 a month just by adding those 10,000 items because I have adsense on each item and each item gets added to the search engines very quickly. Also I have a great new way of making money by charging sellers but I need help in implementing it from someone who knows how.
