Cairo (Egypt) is positioned the fourth favourite! At 10/1 (and they know what they're talking about), there's a reasonable chance that this domain name will be worth a FORTUNE if indeed the games are hosted in Cairo. Even if they're not, Cairo is in contention, so this domain name should generate traffic anyway during the build up to selection (just like paris2016.com, moscow2016.com, newyork2016.com etc). Of course, London was recently successful, and the official site is located at London2016.com.
