Beware! He has already sold some of these domains on no-reserve Sedo auction. For example, I bought 256.us last week at Sedo: http://www.sedo.com/auction/index.ph...ction_id=19652

I already paid Sedo for the domain, but I guess he decided that the $131 wasn't enough, so he is trying to sell it here for $29 more. You can read his feedback at Namepros to find that he has a history of breaking commitments (http://www.namepros.com/traderratings.php?u=20727). One of those feedback comments is "Would not pay for the $3 domain he win in the auction. SELLERS BEWARE".

Several of the other domains in his list here were sold by him at Sedo last week too. I have not received any refund from Sedo for two of these domains that I already won and paid for.

Hi Tom,
I have not approved anything and I am not in that capacity, please post the same here what you have messaged me. Sometimes we have to face the problems for which we are not responsible for.

Briefly this is what happened, sedo auction system was down for a while when Tom's domain auctions were at the end and interested bidders could not bid. He communicated with sedo and got the auctions canceled/void, but the issue is we still can see that some of the domains listed above have winning bidders where as in reality they are not valid and Sedo didn't removed those auction pages. This is what I am told and I reopened this thread for business.

Interested please do your own investigation and communicate with Tom.

I personally did many trades with Tom... and many through sedo too... I never faced a problem with him ever! we even did business through ebay (he was the buyer through ebay)

Just thought to spend a minute and share my opinion about Tom here.

Seller told me that sedo agent Shaun Wilkinson had canceled the auctions. So I wrote him and asked what was going on. He said:

I have tried to urge the seller to change his mind about this, and he has
refused, so I will have to refund you and yes, I will suspend the account.
