That is not a problem, because Register.it is the most important italian Register. It has an english homepage and i have my entire portfolio in their server and they never disappointed me.
Remember you can use the Adwords campaign only for these domains, and the Adwords bonus is not cumulative.
Some of them have OVT with no extension.
