Before he is sent to the stakes - He was last online at 1:19pm est, the sedo auction started at 7;59CEst. He had not "officially" been online since about 10 minutes after Provider posted sold. It is legitimately possible that he didnt know Provider claimed them before starting the sedo auction. Still a mistake, but not as big of a mistake.

Or, he is just a greedy bastard who wanted more for his name then what he listed them for here

There is no way Sedo put those domains up at that time. This was an auction started by an offer.

    Angry WTF. Banning required

    WTF ???

I have never been stitched buy a member before on here.
This member is clearly dishonest (original poster)

I posted 'sold' in both threads within minutes & & pm'ed him.
    Heard nothing.
They then end up at sedo. No doubt 'he' sent them.
Well you can get them cancelled at sedo buddy, i will make sure of that too.
The sale is over clearly as i don't want to give a scammer my details.
Negative feedback on way over before you get banned to warn other members.

He's even done it here before with the same names AND sent them to auction:

But technically, how can he send a domain to auction on sedo? It requires a valid offer. Unless he's bidding on his own.

    Exactly.
Check the Links i gave Acro, he actually did the same thing in Jan. this year with same names! The cheek is amazing.
This time with me was 'fixed price' names though, so an open and shut case. He knew he had listed at best, even 'if' there was a legit sedo offer.

Plus i have pm'ed twice and nothing..

It's an open and shut case watson.

    Ban the *****

    Fair enough DCG

Mind you, the OP is banged to right in my book.
He sold all 3 to me, after posting then for $100 BIN.

Minutes later they all END UP ON EBAY.
    just them 3 i believe.

He did same in January on this forum too.

Here are the 3 domains posted on here, then bought by me, miraculously ending up on sedo , all ending within 2 minutes of each other.

    MONEYEMPIRE

    BABYMARKET

    IF6

worse than i thought, this ***** is stupid as well as bent

I'll ring sedo too & get his auctions cancelled and his ass thrown off there too. POS

If6.com for $100 sounded fishy to me from the word go. No wonder the OP backed out

Yeah, was a great price, i liked other 2 also. But when you see nice names you gotta move quick.
He posted a slaes thread with bin prices.
In case your not aware thats binding, its how we do business.

Do you think this is acceptable then?

Something is wrong with this person - an ebay auction, a sedo auction and a new thread at this forum all selling the same names:

    Exclamation

Yeah, if6.com was on $1k + last time i looked

Babymarket.com over $3k allegedly last time i looked.

Can the mods remind Adam of this please?
I realise Traffic is on and he must be very busy but this guy needs banning.
Hes wasted enough of my time already & he was trying the same scam back in January, as detailed.
Things like this take to long to resolve on this forum imoho.
