I am looking to sell EastMeadow.com, and the BIN price is $6,800.
East Meadow, New York is a town with around 37,000 residents. The average income is close to $100,000 according to the US Census Bureau. According to iBegin.com, there are 1,118 businesses in the town of East Meadow, NY, and the home values are $365,000 according to Zillow (down from around $473,000 a few years ago).
I have enough on my plate and no desire to add more right now so I am not interested in developing. This will be a multi-venue post, and the first to post "sold" will get it.
