Famous Site with Book and Movie Rights MUST LOOK

I have two developed Domain Names that are major traffic sites and both have an existing Book that is sold on the sites and both have Film projects in the final stages of production that will be sold on the sites as well.

Both of these sites are for MAJOR TOPICS that have huge followings.

PEOPLE BUY TONS OF BOOKS AND VIDEOS ABOUT THESE TWO FAMOUS TOPICS ALREADY!

Both sites already have fantastic Alexa rankings if you compare them to the key words for these topics.

If you go to any book store or video store both of these topics have tons of videos and books about them.

I'm looking to sell 5% to 49% interest in both Domain Names to either the same person or two different people. That interest will be connected to a percentage of sales for the book and movie connected to the domain name they choose. I can also consider 100% sale of the domain names, but that isn't my primary goal, but it could be done.

Again, the sites are developed and both are connected to a book and a movie for the site. The books are already being sold and the Movies are about to be released and sold on DVD and VHS to video stores.

Since these sites are very famous already, I will only disclose them via PM or email. You must agree to not disclose publicly the names of the sites. We do not want to publicly disclose that we are selling a percentage of these names.

If the right offer comes along we will consider selling 100% interest in the domains as well as the books and movies connected to each domain name.

These are major sites with substantial targeted traffic and if you ever wanted a chance to own a piece of something that can and does make money on the net, then this is a great potential deal for you.

Again, I can sell 100% interest in the names, but since books and films are connected to them it would have to be a major deal.

Selling a small interest in the domain names is the best deal for us and for the person that wants to get a piece of a project that will blow you away

I understand that most of the sites in this forum are not developed sites, so the names are the main thing you need to see

In this case, the names are major names, but the real value is in the present development and the tie ins to books and movies
