The history is now saying that it is not blacklisted anymore, but it shows that it was blocked before: http://www.domaintools.com/rbl/?ip=203.233.237.107

Not that I care ;-) but it shows an IP was blacklisted... not either of the domains. And of course you'll note that an IP can have many domains pointed to it.
