Valuation
Most of this value is apportioned to the gadget.co.uk, domain name which has been used for a number of different projects :- Gadget affiliate site, sub site for drgadget.co.uk, and most recently Amazon affiliate site.

A conservative estimate of earnings for this domain is £3k-£6k per year. Possibly much more depending what the owner decides to do with the name.

Q3 and Q4 it earned £2.5k (approx $4,000) on Amazon plus another £450 ($600) on google. Earnings have dropped off now though, but it shows the potential of this great domain.

I am using £6k year earnings x 15 years = £90k

With the right site this domain could be bringing in serious money, the gadget business in the UK is massive. Companies like iwoot.com firebox.com make over £10 Million in sales per year.

The other domains all get traffic but small or no earnings, again they are mainly affiliate sites, or forwarders. Any one of these domains can be used for an online gadget/gift business.
