Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!I want to buy a new house here in my country, and to get the amount of money I need ASAP I am selling some of my websites.
The site that I want to sell now is kazaam.com, an online tutorial website with very targeted traffic. It gets 350 to 400 uniques per day with no advertising.
The site teaches the user how to share files on the net and other stuff (how to burn cds, how to compress videos, etc.) We charge $25 per suscription (used to charge $49, but with lower prices we get more sales), the name of the site is "Kazaam! File Sharing Center". The package includes our domain name kazaam.com and the website. You can charge the customers with a 2checkout account or a free clickbank account (which will let you to have your own affiliates).
Right now one of the interested parties is testing the conversions with his clickbank account.
The name currently makes a min of $5k per month and a max of $11k per month.
The name itself makes $20+ per day on PPC, but with the site we´re selling, is a money maker machine.
Asking price is $85k, will consider ALL offers.

Sorry... was pointed to another site with the clickbank code from an interested party. Too many downloads I guess
BTW, I have received lots of emails regarding this, so I will post the info here;
The site stats for july 2003:

so your saying if someone buys this site it will take them at least 3yrs to be profitable I sold a membership site and the individual was profitable in 3-6 months based on advertising cost your asking to much for your business its not guanranteed that file sharing will last for 3yrs anyway its a crazy business with file sharing anyway you should reconsider your asking price competion is feirce.
I have a couple quick questions please.
A) Where does the traffic come from? With no advertising - and almost no links showing - how are people finding out about the service?
B) How long has the income and traffic been around? Has it been steady for a while?
C) Besides Hosting - does the site have any other operating expenses? Is everything needed to keep the program running included? Nothing else to add/purchase to keep it going?
Thank you for the additional info!![]()
hello,
How come its not well listed at the major search engines?
I typed 'kazaam' at Google, Yahoo and they didnt show me any kazaam.com.
I'm I missing something here? If I go to the site, it is redirected to another webpage. Why you will sell a business with consistent revenue of 3k to 11k? Did you know that this is appro. $80-100K annual salary of IT higher position.
Please send me pm.

How long has this site been up?
archive.org has no record of a developed site, meaning it must be brand new, right?
Thanks

I remember you claimed to have an offer for 2.5k for cellular-phones.com
http://www.dnforum.com/showthread.ph...ularphones.com
But then sold it 2 days later for $350
http://www.dnforum.com/showthread.ph...ularphones.com
In any case, 80k is a lot to pay for just a typo domain of kazaa.com
but best of luck!

Kidkool, why hard to believe? about the cellular-phones I did have the offer, but the buyer backed out, so I sold the domain for less. At the time it was only 1 offer for that amount, and it was a name generating no income, just a good name.
And in this particular case is not only the domain what´s for sale, is the whole business, with the site and the revenue that generates. In this kind of sales what it has to be considerated is the monthly revenue generated from this site, not the value of the dot com alone + his traffic. For that (check stats/sales above), $25k is low, and I will not take it.
Regards.

Guys, I can see that most of you are not believing that sites can make this amount per month. Well, I am very surprised, because kazaam.com is not the only site I have that makes me 4 to 5 figures a month, and I know lot of DNF members that are making even more with their developed domain names.
So, once again, and as a proof, (I don´t know if you´re reading above, because I already posted this...); I will let potential buyers to test the site for 24 hrs, you can believe it then
PS: Please forgive my poor english.

No problems understanding your english. I would not have guessed it was your second language. I think the members just had a few questions about it, that is all. For any other interested buyers, they should know Krisblade has a gold reputation, and is quite a professional.
