Just got this domain (a few days ago), just put up a java code script with an HTML generator on a little temporary webpage and it's made so that it self embeds an advertising link back to the site when the users make their edited profile with it (it's in the html code automatically - try it)...this is very viral and the traffic is already in the low hundreds per day from the type-ins (I do not have exact traffic stats - just got this name) but should be thousands per day in the future as more and more people go here daily and use the html codes to make their profiles personalized (which is a MUST on myspace)...this is a very easy but BIG project that could make you rich on PPC rev's for years and has tremendous potential...If you know me and the domains I have and all the projects I am working on then you know I have 20 million things going on and I am doing so much lately and need capitol for alot of other things, the first first person to post SOLD get this tremendous myspace domain and the complete script for the HTML code generator thrown in for free...it is a great editor and can embed pictures and music, etc. This one should not last more than a day max at this low of a price!

Dude, I immediately pm'd him and posted and he was online (viewing the thread for over 30 mins after posting) and he asked a question that I answered, he said BIN "if" and attached conditions to it and I did all in my power to reach him by pm like he said to do with no reply back from him, I cannot lose my sale or other buyers because he wants to post sold with an addendum on it (a maybe) and goto sleep and not even have the courtesy to respond back to me by PM or in the thread...thats not how business works and I sold to someone who made their mind up. Beachie is a reputable member here and I see nothing is wrong with waiting for the test traffic before the transaction begins especially this is not a hundred dollar transaction.

Traffic names normally do not change hands without waiting for the test.

Beachie, with all due respect my sale was very clear, post sold and buy, this was not in the revenue section or traffic section, I have had the domain for two days...I don't have time for "if's"...its obviously a traffic domain with alot of high rankings, i wanted to sell it to you and PM'd you within seconds of your posts..and also posted in the thread...if there was confusion it's because you posted sold for a $5500 domain with an "if" on it and went to bed, thats not standard practice and you told me to PM you to discuss and I did...I sell many domains here and don't have problems because people do not leave me hanging...

Well when someone says sold at BIN, that is terms of acceptence with both parties, even if Mocus says nothing about it. You can't just post a BIN, someone posts sold at BIN, and then try to sell to someone else. Just doesn't work that way.

I accepted the offer from the buyer that was ready to buy and did not have further questions or terms...I posted all the available information I had and that was necessary to make a decision to buy...I did everything I could to contact him and accomodate him, would you post sold, then immediately sign off and goto sleep? He asked me to PM him and I did, I needed a quick sale today, like i said "it's a today deal" I can't cross my fingers and hope he comes thru a day later and lose all another potential buyer..put yourself in my shoes..if you want to buy something you post sold and make some effort to substantiate the offer thru contact, none of this was done and as far as I'm concerned is not the standard way domains are sold here or in my sales, I decide who buys my domain, period...and I sold it to who seemed to be the more genuine and sincere buyer. I'm sorry if this seems bad but it's not in reality, it's business.
