FYI. No known TM issues with Intel processor names, as they just filed for trademarks on the 2 word marks on Dec. 15, 2005: "INTEL CORE INSIDE DUO" and "INTEL CORE INSIDE SOLO", but not the above mentioned names.
No TM apps currently listed for file with USPTO.GOV site for MacBook, MacBookPro or Photocasting.
