    Panoptism.com ART name or sociology related

    PANOPTISM.com

    Derived from the panoptic theories of surveillance. Originally stemmed from
    the design of the modern penitentiary, by a chap called Jeremy
    Bentham - and the model was then taken up, theoretically by another chap
    called Michel Foucault.

    This would be a stunning name for a fine are photography site, or for
    an academic online journal.
