Scott's bid was made 14 hours after this post was made.. I think 2 hours is more than just a "little" over 12 hours...
Edit: I saw that you had posted midnight 12/31/2005 earlier on in the thread, I was just going off of the 12 hour statement.....

You are correct; when I made that post I should have said 15 or so hours. My apologies. However, the official time was set forth in the other statement you quoted: midnight EST on 12/31/2005.
Scott's offer was placed 15 minutes before midnight and it was the last offer to be made in public.
Again, sorry for misquoting the remaining time 1/2 day earlier.
