You can sign up for an epassporte pre-paid Visa card on epassporte.com and use it to receive payments. That is an alternative to Paypal and I am a satisfied epassporte user.
I'll buy KHD.net for $300 if you can accept payment by epassporte. Can't send a wire because it will cost too much.

It's not a case of having my paypal account restored. Malta is in the list of countries that are currently only able to send money - nobody knows when that will change.
I have received about six offers of $300 for KHD.net. What I'll do is accept offers here on this thread and highest offer in 24 hours from now gets it. We will do payment via sedo.com once final price is agreed.
