I have decided I am going to try and sell my site. I will post the latest stats I have for my website, CoolCounters www.coolcounters.com

The site is a counter/tracking service that is free. Take a look at the example counter and example stats at http://www.coolcounters.com

Traffic and stats of coolcounters.com:
Uniques per day: 4,000 (averaging 4,500 now)+
Impressions to site per day: 15,000 +
Users (signed up) of coolcounters: over 38,000 now
Signups per day now: Approx 500+
Bandwidth per month: Approx 200 gigabytes

Every single counter shown to date (since February 2003): [Total number of coolcounters shown on all member's sites combined]: approx 19 million:

Income:
Site has made over $1,000 a month the past 2 months. (Ranging from $250-1,000+ over the past couple months also)
- Income is generated from Banner Ads
- Also, a TEXT ad is placed on the welcome e-mails sent to users who signup (user must open email to get random password)

Income Potential:
I have over 38,000 members who are ACTIVE and using counters at coolcounters.com. Income potential is huge. For someone who offers Hosting Services too, they can push a lot of ads of hosting services (at reduced prices to my members) targetting 38,000 users.

Value of Site:
The value of the site is not only the range of income you can produce from advertising, BUT mainly is from the 38,000+ users of my service. Also, I have 38,000 valid e-mail addresses in my database. I am allowed to e-mail all 38,000 because when signing up, they all agreed that they can be e-mailed by me.

ALSO, I designed the site myself (so it is exclusive), and the CoolCounters mascots were also designed professionally for exclusive use by me.

Buyers:
The site is running on a dedicated server at RackShack. Either I will help you move everything over (database/site/domain) OR you can continue to pay for my RackShack server. Rackshack servers are not transferable, so I can continue to run it (and administer it) if you want to pay the bills. You can also hire me to keep the site maintained with new counter skins (since I design them) and all.

Reason of selling is that I don't have time to fully maintain such a huge operation now, and need money for personal reasons. Transfer can be done via Escrow, or whatever secure method possible. Thanks for reading! PM or post with any questions.

Received many interested parties and trying to answer all your questions. Here is the answer to the one question I'm getting a lot:

How many counter impressions do you run per day throughout your entire member-base (total)?
Answer: Around 250,000 - 300,000 counters are shown daily.

I just checked the bandwidth, and it is actually now doing over 10 gigabytes a day, which will total over 300 gigabytes this month (a huge growth every month because of the new user sign ups).
