There is a book I want in amazon.com, but I do not own a credit card and my mother doesn't "believe in giving out CC info" (don't even SAY it, I have tried everything)

Anyways, I really want this book (my favorite movie was based on it, and i think I would enjoy the book as much as the movie). The book in question is this one.

To sum things up, I need $9.60 plus whatever the cost is for the slowest form of shipping is for Sweden. The buyer would buy the book for me, I would provide shipping details.

I just turned 18 and I have a job. I work 12 hours per day, 6 days per week lifting heavy items, I work for a company that builds stuff and rents stuff out, so I load unload trucks and build the things they want.

Money is not the problem, the thing is, to get a credit card here in Sweden (at least in my bank, you need a salary that comes in every month into your account, even for debit cards. BUT, I work "not so legally" for this company, so they pay me cash.

How I buy my domains? I started with $100 2 years ago (this is the only time my mother agreed to let me borrow her card), and grew from there. I have never had to pay for anything again since I sold that batch and bought more and so on.
