Why give the guy a hard time for trying to sell his name for $7,500. If the name was the hardest name in the world to spell and made $360 per year, you would pay $5,200 per year...if you paid 20 times earnings (do you think the PPC market is heading up or down?)
Throw in the easy to spell name, as well as the other factors, and $7,500 looks very reasonable. At a bare minimum you are getting 4 percent on your money for life, while you wait for a higher offer. Why would anyone on earth sell a name that was making $360 per year for under a few grand?
If you guys pick up names for $500 that make $360 per year from sellers who are earning the PPC, then please contact me and let's get into business together. I'll put up all the money and split the profits with you. Just find me a bunch of names selling at less than 2 times revenue.
I know that 20 times revenue is $7,200. Excuse the mistake from the example.
Well there's various reasons for selling for under 10 years income. Here's one reason:Originally Posted by WhoDatDog
