No.
Never have .net had that price before.

[diy.net] will have domain_ppc 20k-30k per year on domainsponsor/sedo.
But there are a lot of people offer the 25k for it.

Post this thread, Just tell them, thanks for their offer only.

They mean they have spent millions of dollars buying lots of domains, not millions of dollars as an offer for one domain.

I wont say anything else, good luck with the sale althought i really doubt you will get anywhere near any of the asking prices.

3. my diy.net received an offer 25k 8 years ago. (== reject
4. my 119.net 1_dollars_bid_no_reserved 5k 2 month ago.

1. "Comparable sales" are closed transactions, actual sales.
2. Even so, 4k and 4m are worlds apart..

My opinions.

Case1. Used Rehouse investment, rent fee is almost 20-30 years.
My house rent to [domain_ppc_company] is 25k/year.
[domain_ppc_company] rent to publisher is 50k-100k/year.
minus the cost for domain_renew_fee. (== this part ignore.

Case2. The Domain potention value.
I like short and brief domain, as I can.
Even I drop the typo domains.
eg: bussiness.com / fishs.net ...

[diy/24] is high_value keywords as you can develop.
The case2 can not value how it worthy , but I know how to develop it.

Real world is cruelty, I know that , I drive cab on Taipei/Taiwan, now.

All I want to say is thanks for their offer.
[24.net] had business_model now , I earn the domain_ppc_referral 1k/month, now.
[diy.net] will develop as I can as possible.

Dont want to ruin this sale thread but hey it is really not professional to ask for a way too high price (100 times higher than normal price) for a fair ok name on this pro forum.
