Apparantly this web page is not stored in Google-Cache or was banned from the Google Index and should be considered "worthless" regarding PageRank Inheritance - even if a PageRank is displayed.
that tool is no good, you know that..
A quick search to site:vietcong2.org on Google shows that the site is not cached on Google. I would say in this case, the tool is both good and accurate.
yea its not cached on Google because it has not bin op for a long TIME, but its still good.
