I have about 500 names and at $10,000 a piece I am going home and will never have to work again.

These names have significant revenue associated with them. Much more than your typical name. For instance, sxpq.com makes roughly $1,000 per year, parked.

Remember, these are asking prices, I'm open to offers.

So...where's the traffic coming from, and how long has it been getting that traffic? Was it a former site? Asking for 12 years revenue on a domain quality-equivalent to a lot of unregistered names...looks weird, that's all.
