How does a site with no backlinks get PR4?
No idea? its been PR4 since it was a web template seller in 2002-2005, it used to be linked from my PR5 site: buttonbash.com around 6 months ago.
Most hits come from old threads on webhostingtalk, and appears on google for keyword 'skize'
