Sold - $350.
Sorry, name was sold to me first 15 hours ago.

Especially effective for .co, .in and .co.in domains. I also offer drop lists for these extensions.
This is all quite 'shady';
This was a public thread setup as a 3 day auction with a BIN.
Thru many PMs with this seller, the BIN was not offered and this thread was not updated to change the publicly posted terms of this deal. No point in having a BIN or terms if you can't stick to them.
Future Buyers Beware. *shrug*

Not drama; the importance of integrity on a forum of this type is paramount.
And, IMHO, the right thing is to follow the thread you started.

This is your thread. You are responsible for it.
Buyers spend time making a decision to buy.
Had you:
A) adhered to your thread and had him post the $300 offer rather than sell it
or
B) simply updated the thread to end the sale outside the preset terms
I would have saved the time of research and making the decision to buy the name.
If you do not maintain your threads or follow your own terms, your threads can not be believed.
(This lengthy explanation has been provided since you incorrectly feel you should not have any responsibility in adhering to what you post here on DNForum.)
