i was scared to buy www.zunes.mobi, but "zunes" is not trademarked.

I think, rules were posted here for everyone but obviously some people feel free to ruine other people sales`s threads.
I have seen TONS of other people posting many Zune related domain names, I asked to Microsoft Legal an opinion about my names and just because they have the trademark on the word ZUNE, this does not mean they can claim any name including the word Zune.
I hope the mods can clean this thread.

Hmmm. I think that you are right. Now i remember looking at the lawsuit pdf file that was posted somewhere. some of the names included "zune" and something else. It would be absolutely impossible for MS to claim EVERY word with zune.
Im gonna support you on this one.

ZuneUs.com and ZuneUSA.com would be worth a lot! what a steal!
