That is a very interesting ruling because the name was lost in a wipo decision of 2000. I wonder if a new WIPO case against pagesjaunes.com was filed today the decision would favour the domain registrant.PagesJaunes has announced that the Tribunal de Grande Instance of Paris has condemned companies Xentral and The Yearbook Universal infringement of the mark PagesJaunes and unfair competition. Now, the two companies are prohibited from using or reusing the mark PagesJaunes in whatever capacity whatsoever, including as a domain name or for any commercial under penalty of 5000 euros per day of delay. They must also remove the domain names "pagesjaunes.com", "pagesjaunes.net" and "pagesjaunes.biz" under penalty of 5000 euros per day of delay.
Finally, Xentral and The Yearbook Universal must pay the sum of PagesJaunes 150 000 euros in damages for acts of infringement and unfair competition.
NB: Sorry I can't respond in French though I understand a little bit.
