I think I posted this in the wrong forum before, so apologies for the duplicate posting if you've seen this before.

I picked up meublemaison.com and I want to make certain I know what I've got. A Google exact match search, from the US, returns over 1 million results and Google Adwords indicates, French and Canadian average monthly searches total 256K. Does meuble maison translate exactly to home furniture? And, if so, is it used commonly to refer to home furniture sales? It sounds like a good generic, but is it?

Sorry, wife says it's wrong (she's from France). It's backwards. If it was the other way around, it would mean "furnished house". The French put the adjective after the noun.

I confirm, no real value in this name.
MeubledeMaison.com would be more correct, but not exceptional either.
However, google adword's sandbox says that there's a just under 500 exact searches for "meuble maison" per month, so it's not a 0 value. This domain may interest webmasters or endusers seeking after those words. To my opinion, the value is low $xx (domainer price).

Can you tell me which Google Adwords tool you're looking at? When I use the keyword tool and tailor the results for France and Canada, using the French language, it shows 256,000 monthly average searches. I understand that the tool isn't doesn't show unique sequence for multiple keywords, so meuble maison gives the same results as maison meuble. However, I'm seeing a lot more results than you.

I've also got 256k for the default search. But it takes all queries with the words "meuble & maison" togeter. When you choose "exact search", it goes down to 460.
