This is not necessarily for sale, I was just wondering what you think.

The Crimea, although in Ukraine, is Russian-speaking. So крымский does not fit nicely as an .ru or a .ue, and seems perfect as a .com.

"крымский", which means "Crimean" in Russian, has several million Google results. Check out these images.

Anyway, what are your thoughts?

I think is not perspective domain. There is крым.com more better.
