Raider, there are some delicacies out there that are "unmentionable"
Sheep brains (boiled, served with olive oil, garlic and lemon) are very tasty.
Surprisingly, so are the sheep intestines, minced along with sheep liver and...testicles and made into a thick, lemony soup eaten for Easter.
