Tried phoning CIRA lately? Blah, blah we're busy and hold and than you loop through a message and than you get disconnected.

Plus the new .ca manager nolonger works on my old Mac because the browser is out of date but I can't update the browser (OS/processor issue) anymore so I guess I'm SOL until I buy a new computer.
