CIRA please fix this

this two part process can be difficult at times but the issue is when the transfer
is stuck in the middle.

So the buyer see's the domain in their registrars CP and tries to initiate a contact change well I always watch for them and had the same situation happen last week. I promptly DECLINED the contact info change
Well low and behold I looked at some of my domains and sure enough I am the ADMIN CONTACT and the TECHNICAL CONTACT is the buyer, not only on the domain that was purchased but ALL my .ca domains in portfolio.

So I grabbed the domain back and promptly changed the TECH back

We should open a thread and make some suggestions and hopefully they would fix a few things.

It's a known bug in vb 4.02, I have the same issue, it is being addressed.
