Do you think anyone is actually swallowing this BS Bulent?

Actually when I think about it keep it up.

Not only will you piss everyone off further but it keeps the sibername security problem and the my id theft problems active in the Search Engines and adds to the mass of responses people will get when they query them.

Nice work!!

If you have used MyiD auctions, you are already familiar about the escrow.

Someone in the thread above commented about CAD vs. USD excahnge rates, I explained.

Someone above commented on charge backs potential, I explained.

Someone was inquiring about whois privacy effect on escrow use, I have commented.

My answers were directed to what was posted in this thread. Again, if you have ever sold or bought any domain in MyiD auctions, you have already used their escrow service.

It's just not common to see a new member come into the forum and take up the stance you are aganist any of the registrar complaints. I'm not accussing you of being Sibername or anyone affiliated with them. I have never used Sibername so I have no motivation, in that regard.

There is nothing wrong with what you are doing, don't get me wrong. I'm just telling you how it comes off (and if its all legit then i'm sure people will be thanking you later).

You haven't been here long enough to expect people to accomidate your investigative questions. At least that's how I feel.

I don't post much but would understand if people ignore me completely.

no hard feelings by the way.

Does Sibername still have security problems?

That would be very bad for them and for any customer that would still trust Sibername.

They've been ordered to fix it. As to whether that is finished yet I don't know. Cira emailed me today and asked if they could call on Monday to discuss it. I'll know more about it then.

It is their customer base that will simply be the ones to suffer - last week we were about to buy a .ca through another member for $xxxx but I could not get the okay to proceed when they said they did not have the original registration confirmation so as to actually provide a basic proof of their being the real registrant. Since I am only back on things today I doubt they waited for me.

Without a letter from CIRA or solid proof like the registration message, it would be very risky to make a transaction with anyone holding a .ca domain through Sibername right now. There are many examples - with more to come - in our own customer base where domains have been transferred away to someone else, and the link each time is Sibername or Bulent directly.

Once this is all sorted out I will apply to CIRA for being a registrar because it will be the only way to be safe over the long term.
