When it comes to hand reg's I think there is a lot of good domains out there in some niche areas. I've currently snapped up a number of domains in a specific industry which I was very surprised to find were still available, I won't say what they are for now as I am still researching and grabbing more but I think if you do enough research there is still value just sitting out there waiting for you.

There's a mall close by to where I live and they have just spent millions on renovations, bringing in big name stores and such. The mall is named xxxxxxxx(xxxxx being the town) Mall xxxxxxmall.

I wanted some info on the mall but could not find a website through Google, so I decided to run a whois and lo and behold there is no domain name xxxxxxmall.com or .ca or . anything.

So I hand regged them with the idea of selling them to the owner or management, but then I thought what if I developed the xxxxx.com or.ca and presented it to them and I would be their web designer for the mall.

Has me thinking. I do know the management there so there is some connection. Perhaps they just don't care to have a website but I can;t see why any business in this day and age would not have a site.

I'll let you know how it goes.
