Can anyone who has access to the product comfirm that domain tools has the historical who.is for .ca ?
They do indeed. You can go to their site and type in the domain you want the background info on. They will tell you for free what sort of historical information they have on it (ie how many records, and going how far back), but you won't be able to see the information unless you pay up.
